This web portal will help you request records you need from the City of Berkeley. This is part of City of Berkeley's ongoing effort to make government more transparent and easy for you to request the records you are seeking. Use of the NextRequest platform is intended to facilitate public records under the California Public Records Act (CPRA).  Official records are held by City departments and the Clerk pursuant to governing document retention schedules.
